Magdolna Csath, Doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, private professor at the National University of Public Service, member of the Innovation Professional Body of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, lecturer at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, and former vice president of the section, has been elected President of the Innovation Section of HEA following the online election that concluded on Tuesday. Voting members also decided that the section will henceforth be called the Innovation and Intellectual Capital Section.
In accordance with the decision of the voting members, the former president of the section, István Szabó, professor at Óbuda University, will continue to support the professional work as Vice President. The duties of secretary of the section will continue to be carried out by Klaudia Horváth, assistant professor at Budapest Business University. By unanimous decision, the board has been expanded with one additional expert: Attila Simon, CEO of Herend Porcelain Manufactory Ltd., President of the Veszprém County Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Vice President of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will support the work of the HEA Innovation and Intellectual Capital Section as a board member over the next three years.
