In Numbers: The Hungarian Food Industry – from EU Accession to the Present Day. Under this title, Zsombor Páll, economic analyst at the Ministry of Agriculture and head of the youth division of the section, and Attila Vörös, Managing Director of the Association of Responsible Food Manufacturers, will give a presentation at the invitation of the Agricultural and Food Industry Section of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 2:00 PM at the HEA community space (ELTE Faculty of Law, Building B, 1053 Budapest, Kecskeméti u. 10–12., 4th floor, Room 403) and on the HEA YouTube channel. In connection with the event, the Agricultural and Food Industry Section of HEA will hold its upcoming officer election. The link to the electronic ballot will be sent by email one week prior to the event to members of the section who are eligible to vote – that is, those without outstanding membership fee arrears.
