The Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) is organizing a field trip by bus to visit the Kecskemét Factory of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary Kft. and Neumann János University on Friday, 29 November 2019.

The programme will start at 10 a.m. with presentations delivered at the recently opened new campus of the Faculty of Economics of Neumann János University. The speakers of the event will include Gabriella Peszeki, Head of HR Management & Recruiting, Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary Kft. (Welcome culture – Integrating and retaining workforce); Máté Pethő, Head of Mercedes-Benz Academy (Workforce training – the significance of dual education); Szilvia Varga-Papp, KECT/HRL HR Manager, Knorr-Bremse Fékrendszerek Kft. (Company experiences in dual training) and Erika Török, Deputy Dean of Education, Neumann János University (The dual training experiences of Neumann János University). The participants will be welcomed by Zita Finta, Chancellor of Neumann János University, President of the Bács-Kiskun County Organization of the HEA.

The morning session will be followed by a quick lunch at the University canteen, and a visit to the Kecskemét Factory of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary Kft. from 1 p.m.

The bus will depart from Népliget, Budapest (Planetarium car park) at 8.30 a.m. and is expected to return around 4 p.m.
