The Logistics Section of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) will organize a professional online event on the expected development of fuel prices and their impact on the logistics sector on Monday, 27 February 2023, from 15:00 on Webex and on the HEA’s YouTube channel.
At the beginning of the event, logistics industry expert Ferenc Lajkó, Managing Director of DigiLog Consulting and President of the Logistics Section of HEA, will present the Road Transport Price Index 2023, which provides a complex overview of the development of the cost factors that are decisive for the industry. This will be followed by a presentation by Ágnes Horváth, Chief Economist of the MOL Group, Member of the Board of the Economic Policy and Economic Theory Section of HEA, on the expected trends in the fuel market entitled “Will fuel prices be below 480 again?”. Her presentation will examine the factors behind the unprecedented rise in fuel prices across Europe and when a major correction in the market is expected.
