The Hungarian Economic Association’s Industrial and Business Section will organise a bus visit to the Becton Dickinson medical instrument manufacturing company’s factory in Tatabánya Industrial Park on Friday, 31 March 2023.
The bus is scheduled to depart from Heroes’ Square at 8.30 a.m. (exact details of the departure will be sent to the applicants). From 10 a.m., the company’s Managing Director, Csaba Vecsernyés, will give a briefing in English on current issues of the company’s domestic and global operations, including topics such as the availability of qualified, quality labour on the labour market; strategic tasks related to digitalisation and automation; and challenges related to sustainability and energy efficiency. Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to visit the syringe production and biotechnology plants of the plant in two groups. Lunch will take place in the factory canteen from 13h00 – at cost price. Expected return to Budapest around 16.00.
