Hungarian industrial policy in the European Union – this is the title of a professional roundtable discussion organised by the Industrial and Entrepreneurship Section of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) on Tuesday, 6 February 2024, from 3 pm on Webex and on the MKT’s YouTube channel. The event is part of a year-long series of conferences in which HEAs sections will review the experiences and achievements of Hungary’s two decades of EU membership by specialised fields.
The introductory lecture will be given by Éva Voszka, Professor and Corresponding Member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. This will be followed by a panel discussion, with the participation of Csaba Poroszlai, CEO of EGIS Gyógyszergyár Zrt., Ottó Sinkó, CEO of Videoton Holding Zrt. and Dávid Tibor, CEO of Masterplast Nyrt. The panel discussion will be moderated by Balázs Babarczy, Senior Researcher at Syreon Research Institute Ltd. and Secretary of the Industry and Entrepreneurship Section of the HEA. The participants will be welcomed by Miklós Kozma, Associate Professor, MBA Programme Director of Corvinus University of Budapest and President of the Section.
