A study titled A gyógyszeripari értéklánc sajátosságai Magyarországon (The Characteristics of the Pharmaceutical Value Chain in Hungary) by Katalin Antalóczy, Tamás Gáspár and Magdolna Sass will be published in the June 2021 issue of the Economic Review. Therefore, the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) and the Economic Review are organising an online event to be held on Tuesday, 29 June 2021, from 2 p.m. via Webex and HEA’s YouTube Channel.

First the key results and findings of the study will be presented by the authors Katalin Antalóczy, College Professor, Head of Department of International Economics, Budapest Business School, Tamás Gáspár, Senior Research Fellow, BBS Department of International Economics, and Magdolna Sass, Director, KRTK Institute of World Economics, followed by Zsolt Bischof, Director of Béres Gyógyszergyár Zrt., Head of the Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County Organisation of the HEA and Gábor Gulácsi, Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Richter Gedeon Nyrt. to share their thoughts on the subject. The event will be moderated by Erzsébet Czakó, University Professor, Head of Institute, Corvinus University of Budapest Institute of Business Economics, Board Member and former president of the HEA Industry and Entrepreneurship Section. The participants will be welcomed by Tamás Halm, Editor-in-Chief of the Hungarian Economic Review, Board Member of the HEA.
